This space is rooted in compassion, integrity, and energetic balance.
Please review the following terms and conditions before booking a session or participating in any service.
By scheduling, purchasing, or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

🌸 1. Purpose of Services

All sessions, courses, and coaching experiences offered by Full Circle Ascension LLC are designed for personal and spiritual development.
They are not a substitute for licensed medical care, mental health treatment, or psychotherapy.

If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed therapist, medical provider, or local crisis hotline immediately.

🌙 2. Payments & Scheduling

  • All payments are processed securely through Squarespace/Stripe at the time of booking.

  • Your appointment is confirmed once payment has successfully processed.

  • Prices are subject to change; however, all booked sessions will honor the rate at the time of scheduling.

💫 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Your time and energy are valued — and mine are too.
Please review the following policies to maintain mutual respect and alignment:

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited at the practitioner’s discretion.

  • Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will always be handled with understanding and compassion — please reach out to discuss options if needed.

If I (the practitioner) must reschedule, you will be notified promptly and given the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

🌿 4. Refund Policy

Because each session involves preparation and energetic setup, refunds are not available once a session has started or been completed.
If you feel dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out to me directly at info@fullcircleascension.com so we can discuss your concerns and ensure alignment for future sessions.

🌕 5. First-Time Clients

New clients are required to complete a brief intake form before their first session.
This helps me prepare intentionally and hold space for your unique needs, background, and energy.

Returning clients do not need to refill the intake form unless their goals or circumstances have significantly changed.

🪶 6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions, intake forms, or correspondence is treated as confidential.
Your personal data will never be sold, shared, or disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.

✨ 7. Energy Work & Spiritual Practices

Some sessions may include energy-based or spiritual practices such as guided meditation, Reiki, breathwork, or intuitive readings.
You acknowledge and understand that these are holistic and spiritual modalities, not medical treatments.
Individual experiences and outcomes will vary.

You agree to participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

💜 8. Client Responsibility

Coaching and energy work are collaborative.
You are responsible for applying what is discussed during sessions, following through on your intentions, and maintaining your own self-care between sessions.
Transformation unfolds when we work together — your openness and consistency are key.

🪷 9. Liability Release

By participating in coaching, meditation, or energy sessions, you agree to release Full Circle Ascension LLC and its representatives from any claims or liabilities related to your participation.
You acknowledge that you are entering into this experience of your own free will and that you assume full responsibility for your choices, decisions, and actions.

🌙 10. Communication & Follow-Up

All correspondence is handled with care and compassion.
You can expect replies to emails or inquiries within standard business hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Session confirmations, reminders, and links are automated through Squarespace Scheduling.

🌕 11. Agreement

By booking a session, completing an intake form, or participating in any service through Full Circle Ascension LLC, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You acknowledge that this constitutes a binding agreement between you (the client) and Full Circle Ascension LLC.
